Really great. Just what you need after a heavy night out. Had been celebrating for my birthday and woke up the next morning with a banging headache, nausea and that general feeling of roughness you get once you are off a certain age and have consumed more alchohol than is considered wise. Forgetting at the time that I’m not a young lass anymore and won’t be able to sleep it off as I had done in my younger days.
So decided to give survivor a go and so glad I did. Instantly my body felt more hydrated and within half an hour the headache had subsided and I began to feel half human again.

I’m starting to get in in age and as such my hangovers seem to get worse. I was sceptical that anything could help, never mind prevent but I duly tried them and took them according to the instructions,, went out and had a good night. Well this is a life saver. I knew I had some important stuff to do the day following a nice get together with my gals. Instruction how to use are very easy to follow. You just pop the pills and voila. In the morning you are able to get up and actually do the stuff you planned. If I am planning to go out partying I will always try to get a pack before hand. As someone who doesn’t go out much or drink much I often struggle the next day when I do (even when I am sensible and only have a small amount) I tried this and was really unconvinced to start with but honestly it’s brilliant. You don’t have the awful headache, nausea or aches the next day (unless you’ve injured yourself) but I can say with confidence I would recommend this product to anyone and will deffo be buying some to keep in for when I’m next out.

I was very skeptical, but you don’t need to be. These do actually work – you don’t really have a hangover after using them. It’s not that you wake up as if you hadn’t been drinking – you don’t. It’s more that the awful dread, tiredness, headache, dehydration and dodgy tummy are much reduced, even absent. I’ve taken two capsules after a very heavy night, and woke up feeling like you would usually feel about 6pm on the day after! I haven’t yet tried taking a dose in the middle of a big session, but I suspect if you do, the effect will be even better.

Put to the test on the first evening of a 2 day conference. The wine flowed freely and I got through the whole 10 pack of Survivor. Climbed in bed in the early hours but sleep escaped me. Eventually got 2 hours before bouncing out of bed and feeling amazing. No crushing anxiety either. That would not have happened ordinarily! I did crash at lunchtime but purely due to the lack of sleep. Not sure if something in the tablet caused the insomnia but maybe I’ll just allow a bit more time to sleep in future. I’ll be buying more shortly.

It is the most effective pill of its type I’ve tried. Good to have around for big events but too much 5-HTP in it to have more regularly than that. The 5-HTP works well to take away hangover anxiety etc but later in the day it can return a little when it wears off. It has something of a numbing effect which is useful when you just don’t want to feel bad but not so useful if you want to feel normal. I’ve experimented with taking fewer pills than advertised and this has helped to not feel so warm/woozy from the 5-HTP.
